Taekwondo

A distance style that emphasizes the versatility of the legs. Start with some basic stretching to improve your flexibility and tone your muscles, then learn how to defend yourself using kicks, punches, blocks, and more!

Judo

A close-up style that develops core muscles and awareness of balance. Learn how to maintain your balance while disrupting your opponent's. Skills taught include grappling, sweeps, throws, and falling safely.

    • Tuesday and Thursday mornings 10:30 am - 11:30 am

    • Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

  • All Ages

    • Saturday mornings 10:00 am - 11:00 am

    • Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm

Judo Classes

    • Saturday mornings 11:15 am - 12:15am

    • Wednesday evenings 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Self-Defense Classes

  • We offer self-defense classes to groups. Please call 860-693-0025 to arrange a time for your group to have their own private class.
